Return Policy:

At Shoppers Glee, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt of the item(s). As long as the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, we will reimburse the total purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs. If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of the merchandise.

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Shoppers Glee reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.

How to return or exchange an item:

• To return an item you must contact us to obtain an RMA number.
• We will provide you with the information as to where to return your order.
• If the item is defective, please specify the defect.
• Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
• The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
• Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
