The Chroma ST-240 Whetstone Knife Sharpener features an extra coarse 240-grit surface that is ideal for rough shaping, edge correction, extremely dull knives, or working out nicks and burrs that may occur on a knife edge. The stone is made from strong, wear-resistant ceramic, and the platform elevates the stone 45 millimeters for added safety. For best results, use ceramic sharpening stones rather than metal steel, which will damage fine edges.
