Kullenschliff knives have a series of alternating scallops ground into both sides of the blade. These tiny grooves reduce drag on the knife, resulting in a paper thin and incredibly smooth cut. The tiny grooves also allow food to slide off the knife without sticking.
The LamsonSharp Fire forged cutlery features fire acrylic handles that are as tough as they are good looking. Each unique handle highlights the beautiful translucent quality of this durable material. These acrylic handles are extremely water resistant - even prolonged exposure to moisture won't effect the performance or appearance. (Hand washing is recommended for all fine knives)
