The 8" Carver is used to carve roasts, hams, and fowl. Use it also to slice large fruits and vegetables.
The LamsonSharp Fire forged cutlery features fire acrylic handles that are as tough as they are good looking. Each unique handle highlights the beautiful translucent quality of this durable material. These acrylic handles are extremely water resistant - even prolonged exposure to moisture won't effect the performance or appearance. (Hand washing is recommended for all fine knives)
