The FoldTuk Roaster is functionally designed to provide a unique elliptic cover that completely surrounds a fully dressed 16lb (7kg) turkey, 20 lb (9kg) meat roast, or without the cover, a fully dressed 18lb (8kg) turkey. This cover keeps moisture in creating a succulent, crispy, evenly roasted, meal. The roaster pan is constructed of food-grade silicone reinforced by a stainless steel bottom and a stunning high polished stainless steel top rim flange. This is high-quality design and functionality at its best. The entire interior is a naturally non-stick surface (PTFE/PFOA-free) providing easy roasting and clean up. The whole roaster weighs less than 4.5lb (2kg) for easy handling. When the roasting process is complete, the roaster pan can conveniently collapse to be used in the serving platter position and presented at the dinner table; this is due to its one-of-a-kind elegant design.
