The 2 piece carving set includes a 10" Kullenschliff roast and 12" bayonet fork.

LamsonSharp knives are hand forged from solid rods of high carbon stainless steel. The forging process creates blades that are thinner at the tip and thicker at the heel.

  • Hardened and tempered to the perfect 58 degrees Rockwell
