The 2 piece Rosewood forged kullenschliff carving set includes 10" kullenschlff roast knife and 12" bayonet fork.

LamsonSharp knives are hand forged from solid rods of high carbon stainless steel. The forging process creates blades that are thinner at the tip and thicker at the heel.

  • Made from the finest high carbon stainless steel from Solingen, Germany: Grade 4116
  • Hardened and tempered to the perfect 58 degrees Rockwell
